HR Recruiter

We are seeking an experienced HR Recruiter to join our team. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and hiring top talent across various departments and levels within the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of recruitment best practices, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of successfully identifying and hiring top talent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to identify and attract top talent across various departments and levels within the organization
  • Source and screen resumes, conduct phone and in-person interviews, and make recommendations to hiring managers
  • Work with hiring managers to understand job requirements, develop job descriptions, and create candidate profiles
  • Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive outreach and relationship building
  • Manage the hiring process from initial application to offer acceptance, including conducting reference checks and negotiating compensation packages
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring practices
  • Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a corporate environment
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and current trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to identify and hire top talent across various departments and levels within an organization
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring practices
