Job location: Oman

Salary Offering is somewhere between USD 1500 – USD 2000 + Accommodation + other standard benefits.

• PROCESS & SYSTEMS AUDITOR (APPAREL BACKGROUND
  The process & systems auditor is responsible for protecting the assets of the organization by organizing, conducting & completing audits and recommending improvements. This covers a wider spectrum of the organization’s systems & processes.

Responsibilities includes:

• Monitoring compliance with regulations and controls by examining and analysing records, reports, operating practices (both IT Systems/ERP & Processes/SOP’s), and documentations of each functional department;
• Developing effective operating procedures for each functional departments in aligned with the ISO standards
• Preparing for audits by conducting appropriate research
• Identifying internal control risks and recommending their solutions;
• Training employees on the processes & systems
• Act as the Management Representative for ISO & ensure quarterly reviews are completed in coordination with the ISO Consultants
• Preparing and distributing draft reports to the executive management; and completing audit work papers and memoranda by identifying & documenting audit tests and findings.
• Communicating audit progress and findings, and improve protection by recommending changes in the internal processes & systems structure.
• Coordinate & Communicate with the Quality Team of the Manufacturing Unit and attend to quality audit on a regular basis to ensure the quality parameters are followed in the production floor.

Ideal candidate should be;

• Qualified as a Chartered Accountant with ACCA/ICAEW/AIA
• A degree/diploma in Information Technology
• Certified auditor from ISO any relevant quality certification body
• A minimum of 10 years work experience in similar roles preferably in the garment industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Sound judgment, organization and analytical skills
• Excellent computer and writing skills.
• Ability to define problems collects data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
• Ability to exercise effective time management skills in completion of assignments

Send me Jobs like this -The potential candidate should create scope for MEP for our centers. He/She should be well acquainted to various cooling solutions for commercial spaces such as Centralized system, VRV, etc. He/She will act from clients end with final call on technical and commercial aspect of HVAC system. The right candidate shall interact with our MEP consultant and finalize the scope for vendor/contractor. Familiarity with BoQ and Tendering system is required. Knowledge of Electrical works will be a big plus.
– Knowledge of Indian markets will be an advantage.
– Proficient in Commissioning and Testing of HVAC systems. Well aware of various parameters and procedures for HVAC testing. User experience is a big part of our business.
-Ability to resolve and take a call on site issues related to execution.
– Resolve scope ambiguity
– Knowledge of materials and brands is a big plus.
– Guide the management regarding correct guidelines and suggest appropriate solutions for technical issues at existing centers. He/She shall guide the management on long term cost impact of various solutions.
-Travelling may be required and should be flexible in that approach. We have our centers coming up in Mumbai, NCR Delhi, Bangalore at the moment. We usually work in Tier-1 cities as that is our market.

Job Location : OMAN

Salary : 250 – 300 Omani Riyal

Gulf Returner with good experience Preferred.
