Selection Procedure

1. Client Interview

In this, Procedure our valuable clients will check your skills and working knowledge. This includes either spot interview or telephonic round or video conferencing via Skype.

2. Resume Selection

In this section, we require your updated resume for the said requirements which we will forward to our clients for shortlisiting. After shortling you will get a call/mail for telephone/personnel Round.

3. Personnel Interview

A get-together meeting with our talented HR's for the first round or sometimes final selections(as per clients approval).

4. Technical Interview

Show yours practical knowledge on the required skill sets done by approved Trade Test Centres in all over India.
